Virtual Building and Clash Detection:

Developers and builders have realized significant cost reductions can be achieved when projects are built virtually, prior to actual construction. Virtual design allows for the discovery of errors or conflicts by following the architectural, structural, and MEP exactly as a builder would in the field. This gives the architect and engineer the opprtunity to make design changes prior to construction without costly delays.

Another benefit to the developer, builder and owner is that all quantities for materical can be extracted from the model.
